Calculator inputs

The figures you enter into a calculator are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to us and are not stored on a server.

Optional AI budget reviews

If you explicitly request an AI review and agree to send your figures, the results, assumptions, purchase priorities and optional context you provide are sent through our server to Lovable AI. Unlike the calculators, this feature transmits the submitted financial figures. We do not save these inputs or the explanation in an application table or browser storage. Leaving or refreshing the review page clears the review. Connected AI and hosting services may process request content and technical logs under their own service policies; we cannot promise that no service logs are retained. Do not include names, addresses, account numbers, identity documents or other identifying details.

We keep operational AI access status and a keyed hash of connection information with an hourly request counter to prevent abuse. This record does not contain your calculator figures or review. There is no automatic deletion schedule for these operational records. Choosing optional measurement consent does not authorise an AI review; the review requires its own agreement and submission.

Analytics

With optional measurement consent, calculator and button events are buffered in memory during your visit. They can include the page, tool, time and a derived result such as loan-to-value; they do not include raw income, deposit or other amounts entered. A random session identifier groups events. Google Analytics is not currently configured. If enabled later, it will receive usage events only with measurement consent.

With measurement consent, a sponsored partner click is stored with the partner, campaign, placement, page, time and session identifier so the site administrator can review performance. No calculator amounts are included in that click record. Random identifiers can still be personal data; we do not describe them as anonymous. Browser identifiers are cleared on rejection, but rejecting does not delete click records already stored. Contact us about access or deletion; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule for those records.

Advertising

AdSense account verification is configured, but the advertising script and ad placements are paused pending a Google-certified consent setup for UK visitors. The current measurement banner is not that certified advertising consent service. Google's advertising practices are described in its privacy and terms. No calculator amounts are sent to advertisers.

Local storage

We use your browser's storage for a random session identifier and to recognise a return visit. See our cookies and storage page.

Your rights

If you email us, your email address and correspondence are handled through Gmail to respond to your enquiry. Hosting and connected services may process technical connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. Optional measurement uses your consent; necessary site operation and responding to enquiries are separate purposes. We do not sell calculator inputs.

You can ask about access, correction, deletion or other UK data rights at astecpublishing@gmail.com. Do not send bank statements or identity documents. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If this notice changes, the review date at the top of this page changes with it.
